The older part of the city, around Central Avenue, has ranch homes and bungalows on established streets.

Chino is two different markets: newer homes with HOA amenities on the south side, and older homes with bigger yards in the middle of town. Know which one you want before you start touring.

What's the commute like?
The 71 and the 60 are the main routes, and the 15 is close on the east side.
Do the newer neighborhoods have HOAs?
Most of the master-planned areas do. Ask your agent for the dues and what they cover before you make an offer.
