La Verne

Old Town, the university, and quiet foothill streets.

La Verne is a small city between San Dimas and Claremont. It's home to the University of La Verne, and its Old Town runs along D Street.

Much of the city is residential, with streets that climb toward the foothills on the north side.

The honest take

La Verne is quiet and doesn't turn over a lot of homes. Buyers who want Claremont's feel sometimes find more options here, so it's worth looking at both.

Schools

Bonita Unified, which La Verne shares with San Dimas.
