San Dimas is a small city along the 210 and the 57 at the base of the San Gabriel foothills. Its downtown on Bonita Avenue has a western theme.
Bonelli Regional Park, with Puddingstone Reservoir, sits on the city's southern edge.
The honest take
San Dimas doesn't have a lot of inventory at any one time, so the right house can take patience. When one comes up in a neighborhood you like, it helps to already be ready to move.
Schools
Mostly Bonita Unified, which San Dimas shares with La Verne. Edges of the city are in Pomona, Covina-Valley, Charter Oak and Glendora Unified, so check the district for the exact address.
