You own your business

Two ways to get paid here.

The cap model.

Keller Williams runs a cap model. You pay a set split on your commissions up to an annual cap. The exact terms depend on your plan, and you see the numbers before you decide.

Bring last year's production and the team leader will run it against the cap, so you can see what you would have taken home here.

Profit share.

The cap covers your own deals. Profit share is separate. When you help bring a productive agent into the office, Keller Williams pays you a share of the office's profit every month that agent produces.

  1. It pays monthly

It comes out of the office's profit, paid monthly. It never comes out of the other agent's commission.

  2. It grows over time

As the agents you bring in grow, and bring in agents of their own, your share grows too.

  3. It's yours to keep

Once you're vested, profit share can be passed on to your family. Ask the team leader about the vesting requirements.

Just getting your license?

You start with Ignite, KW's training course for new agents, plus coaching and accountability from the office. Nobody here expects you to know how a file works yet.

Been doing this a while?

Many experienced agents look at the cap and the tools first. We'll tell you straight whether it's a fit. The conversation stays between us.

Agents who grew here.

A fresh start

“KW College Park gave me more than a place to hang my license, it gave me a fresh start. … I finally feel like I'm moving forward again.”

Lorenna had tried several brokerage models and kept running into the same problem: no real system for growing her business. At College Park she worked through Ignite, coaching and accountability, and got intentional about lead generation and her database. What changed most, she says, was the culture around her.

Questions agents ask

What's the commission split at KW College Park?

Keller Williams runs a cap model. You pay a set split to the office until you reach your annual cap, then you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of the year. KW's franchise royalty and standard agent fees still apply after you cap. The team leader will show you the exact numbers for your production.

What is profit share?

When you help bring a productive agent into the office, Keller Williams pays you a share of the office's profit every month that agent produces. It never comes out of their commission. Once you're vested it can be passed on to your family.

I'm brand new. Is there real training?

Yes. There are weekly classes, coaching, and a mentor for every new agent. You're paired with people who pick up the phone.

I'm experienced. Why would I move?

Most experienced agents who move to us do it for the economics (the cap), the tech and lead tools, and a floor where agents share what's working. The fastest way to know is a no-pressure conversation, and we'll be straight with you about whether it's a fit.

Is the conversation confidential?

Completely. Recruiting conversations are private. Talk to the team leader directly and nothing is shared with your current brokerage.
