Who we are

This website belongs to Keller Williams College Park, the Keller Williams market center at 1945 W. 9th Street, Upland, CA 91786. The office operates as H&N Realty Enterprises Inc, DBA Keller Williams College Park — California DRE #02200120. Vincent J. Baldwin is our Broker of Record (DRE #01002523).

What we collect

Only two kinds of information, and you control most of it:

  • What you type into a form here — your name, email address, phone number, what you're interested in (buying, selling, joining the office), and whatever you write in the message box.
  • What your browser sends automatically — IP address, browser and device type, which pages you visited, and the page that sent you here. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, logs this to serve the site and block abuse.
  • A spam-check result. Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick bot check when you submit a form; it tells us pass or fail, nothing about you.
  • We do not ask for — and do not want — Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website. Please never send those in a web form.

Why we collect it

  • To answer the question you actually asked us.
  • To route your message to the right agent — someone who works your area, knows that property type, or speaks your language.
  • To have a recruiting conversation, if you told us you're thinking about joining the office.
  • To keep the site running and keep bots out of the inbox.
  • We do not use any of it to build advertising profiles.

Who else handles it

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and runs the Turnstile spam check.
  • Lima Bean Photography — builds and runs this website for the office, and counts visits anonymously so the office can see how many people use it, which pages they read, and how they found the site. That count uses no cookies, never sees what you type into a form, and is not used for advertising.
  • Resend — delivers the email that carries your message to the office.
  • Google Maps — the map embedded on our contact page loads from Google, which may set its own cookies. It's the only third-party embed here that can do that, and we don't control what Google does with it.
  • Image hosts — some photography on this site is served from third-party image hosts, which means your browser tells them your IP address and browser type when a picture loads. They get nothing else.
  • Our agents — your inquiry goes to the person at this office best placed to answer it.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There are no advertising pixels or ad networks on this site, and the visit count above is the only analytics.

Cookies and site storage

There are no advertising or analytics cookies here. The site keeps a few small things in your own browser: your language choice (English or Spanish), so it stops asking; a note that you've already seen the intro animation during this visit; a note that you dismissed the little bar at the bottom of the screen; and a random ID for the anonymous visit count, so a return visit isn't counted as a new visitor. None of it identifies you, and clearing your browser data removes all of it.

Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal, which has no agreed-on standard behavior. Since we don't track you across other websites, there's nothing for it to switch off.

Texts and calls

We'll text or call you only if you gave us your number and asked us to get in touch. Reply STOP to any text and we stop — no questions. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

Your message lives in the office's email inbox and in the responding agent's records for as long as we're working together, or as long as we reasonably need it to follow up on what you asked.

California real estate law requires brokers to keep transaction records for three years. Ask us to delete your information and we'll delete everything the law doesn't require us to keep.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we don't sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To exercise any of these rights, email MCAdesk@kwcollegepark.com or call (909) 625-8400. We'll ask a couple of questions to confirm it's really you, and we'll respond within 45 days. We will never give you worse service, or a worse price, for asking.

Children

This site is for adults doing real estate business. It isn't directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the effective date at the top. Anything significant gets called out here rather than quietly slipped in.
