- Titan Escrow: fees are based on the services provided and the sale price. Sale escrow fees are calculated per side (buyer and seller) with a $450 base plus $2.75 to $3.50 per thousand of the sale price. Processing, notary, and document-preparation fees range from $100 to $300 or more.
- EZ Fundings
- EZ Fundings: rates and fees depend on the loan type and amount and can range from 0% to 3% or more of the loan amount. Interest rates and fees change daily with the market, so always get a current quote before you buy.
- KW Transaction Coordinators
- KW Transaction Coordinators: fees vary by the services provided and range from $300 to $1,500 or more depending on the transaction.
- Somos Insurance Services, LLC
- Somos Insurance Services, LLC: insurance pricing is regulated by the California Department of Insurance and depends on the property's size and condition, fire hazard and brush exposure, coverage limits, deductibles, and other factors. Policy fees range from $150 to $2,000 or more.
